The high-quality automotive locking system with soft-close function ensures gentle and secure door closing – virtually silently and with a level of user-friendliness familiar from premium automotive manufacturing.

An electrically assisted closing mechanism significantly reduces the effort required and provides a high-quality user experience at all times . Thanks to the integrated door stop, the door can be opened effortlessly up to 180°. This eliminates the need for an additional door stop.

Maximum safety

In addition to electronic operation, the door features a mechanical emergency release via a Bowden cable. This redundant safety concept ensures reliable access at all times—even during a power outage.

Excellent thermal insulation

The high-strength, double-shell RTM construction, combined with the fully enclosed PU door frame without thermal bridges, achieves an excellent U-value of only 0.7 W/m²K . At the same time, the closed frame construction reliably prevents water ingress in the area of ​​the hinges or cable routing.

The flush-mounted, double-glazed ESG insulating glass pane with a thickness of 15 mm not only underlines the high-quality appearance, but also contributes to excellent heat and sound insulation.

Thanks to its high-strength RTM construction, the door boasts exceptionally high flexural rigidity while remaining lightweight. Three internal stainless steel hinges ensure maximum stability and durability .

The high-quality ABS/TPU door trim combines robustness with an elegant appearance. Individual door storage compartments – for example, with exclusive diamond quilting – allow for perfect adaptation to different vehicle concepts and design lines.

Easy retrofit

A particular advantage is the straightforward retrofitting of already delivered Concorde, MORELO, and Wochner vehicles. The existing door frame can remain in place. This allows the new door to be replaced with minimal installation effort, bringing existing vehicles up to date both technically and aesthetically.
